Partnership a broad-based effort

       The Downtown Chillicothe Partnership is charged with implementing and/or exploring the recommendations and suggestions made in the HyettPalma Economic Enhancement Strategic Plan.
      The group first formed in early 2007 as the Process Committee which handled the logistics and the gathering of information for the HyettPalma firm. The committee represented the various organizations and constituencies that are vital to the implemenation of the plan.
       Once the HyettPalma plan was delivered to the community in June 2007, the committee decided it needed to stay together to better ensure the plan's recommendations and suggestions are further explored and implemented, when feasible and possible.
