Contributions came from a variety of sources

       The HyettPalma Chillicothe Downtown Economic Enhancement Strategy was made possible through contributions from city and county governments, local businesses and many individuals.
       The ball got rolling when the City Council and Ross County Board of Commissioners both approved contributions of $15,000. That left $25,000 to be raised from private sources. In the span of about six weeks, the entire amount was raised and HyettPalma was contracted.
       In early June, Dolores Palma and Doyle Hyett delivered their plan to the people of Chillicothe. Here is a list of all the contributors:
