Chillicothe Ross Chamber of Commerce
With more than 600 members -- many of whom are downtown -- the chamber provides services and advocates for the best possible business environment in the city, county and region. The chamber maintains this website and serves as the administrator for the Downtown Chillicothe Partnership, among its many other obligations. First Capital District
This 501c3 organization is involved in various projects in the downtown district. The latest is the campaign to have professionals murals painted on the sides of significant buildings. Downtown Associates
Retail shop owners meet the first Wednesday each month at Grinder's on North Paint Street at 8:30 a.m. to map strategy and campaigns to bring shoppers to the historic district. An annual Holiday Open House, complete with carriage rides and Santa Claus, runs the third weekend in November and a sidewalk sale usually is held in the spring.
